The new Super Chief has a unique design specially engineered for the fire service. The pump and engine assembly detach easily from the float. The float folds in half for convenient storage in most apparatus compartments.

The Super Chief is the pump to count on when you cannot count on hydrants. It is easily used with alternative water sources such as streams, lakes, ponds, or pools. The Super Chief requires only three inches of water to draft.

The Super Chief delivers a flow of 420 GPM (1590 LPM) with one discharge port or a maximum pressure of 50 PSIG. The Super Chief can also throw a stream of water more than 90 feet for direct firefighting capabilities.

Performance: The pump shall weigh no more than 118 pounds (dry) and produce a typical performance of 420 GPM @ 8 PSI, 180 GPM @ 25 PSI and 90 GPM @ 35 PSI

Pump: The pump body shall be made of alloy aluminum castings bolted to the engine. The pump seal shall consist of a pump/engine gasket seal and two slinger lip seals.

Suction: The pump suction shall include a bottom suction guard and skids.

Discharge: The discharge port shall be 2-1/2” Male NH Hose (ISO available) threaded connections.

Engine: The engine shall be a 4 cycle gasoline heavy-duty Briggs and Stratton INTEK™ air cooled design. Engine rating shall be 10.5 BHP at 3600 RPM. Engine shall be designed to meet current CARB (California Air Resources Board) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) standards. Engine shall be equipped with a muffler and mounted ¾ gallon fuel tank.

Float: The pump/engine shall be mounted on an unsinkable, high-strength polyethylene shell filled with a closed-cell polyurethane foam float. The float shall be removable from engine/pump assembly for easy handing and service. The pump/engine assembly shall include a wraparound handle
